In such case, please proceed as follows: In your own interests, check the goods upon receipt. Should you find any damage to the transport container, or in the case of fragile goods, check the contents of the consignment. Should you find any damage, do not confirm acceptance without stating the reason. Complete the warranty claim protocol with the carrier, or accept with reservations. Provide the following details with the warranty claim: – invoice No. – product code and description – claimed quantity – reason for rejection – requirement for remedy (replacement, credit note) Report the warranty claim no later than three business days after product receipt.
