The light spectrum is limited and the light is not natural because the strips consist of colour segments. The RGBCCT LED strips have segments of warm and cool white added to each diode, so they emit a full spectrum and adjustable light temperature. The luminous efficacy is, however, due to the proportion 1:5 and they are therefore more suitable for decorative purposes. The service life of multi-colour strips is generally lower than that of monochromatic LED strips.
